2023 BOPARC Swim Lessons
BOPARC swim lessons consist of 4 (50minute) instructional classes, Monday-Thursday, with Friday reserved for weather makeup or as open swim time for lesson participants with their families (up to 3 additional members) to practice their newly learned skills in the water.
Families are also encouraged to take full advantage of the extra swim benefit that comes with a swim lesson package from BOPARC! Participants receive FREE admission to public swim sessions at Krepps or Marilla Pools, Monday-Sunday of their registered lesson week. Just show a copy of your swim lesson receipt at the admission desk to receive FREE admission.
Fee: $85 per participant Ages: 12 months - 12 years Instructors: BOPARC Lifeguards
Due to the overwhelming demand for swim lessons, you may only register your child in one session per summer season. Please be advised if you register your child for more than one session, he/she will be removed from the additional sessions and you will be charged a 10% administrative processing fee.

Class Descriptions:
Please register your child in the appropriate class based on their age. On the first day of lessons, all participants will be assessed and grouped according to skill level. BOPARC reserves the right to adjust class placement based on skill level demonstrated at first class.
Adult and Child Aquatics (Available June 12-16 ONLY)
Ages 12 months to 36 months. Adult is required to be in the water with the toddler and will work with the child to feel comfortable in the water. Skills taught include, but are not limited to water entry, bubble blowing, front and back kick.
Level 1
Ages 3 to 4 years. Beginning water exploration. Skills taught will include, but are not limited to, submerging face for 3 seconds, bobbing to chin level with support, enter and exit water using ladder, kicking front and back with support, discussion of water safety.
Levels 2 and Up
Ages 5-14. Skills taught will include (depending on assessed level), but are not limited to, water orientation, beginner skills, as well as advanced stroke technique and refinement. Participants will be tested and grouped according to skill level.
