A Trail Repair of Landslide near Mile 2 Mon River Rail-Trail Wednesday-Saturday: Between Van Voorhis Trailhead and Hoard Road near the WV/PA State Line Wednesday, September 19 to Saturday, September 22 the Mon River Trails Conservancy will have a contractor working on the Mon River Trail between Van Voorhis Road and Hoard Road near the WV/PA State Line. To fix a landslide area, repairs will include drainage repair, hauling debris, clearing culverts, and resurfacing. Please STAY AWAY from this work area and plan on enjoying other sections of the 48 miles of rail-trails. We hope to have all work finished in time for the Opening Day celebration of the Point Marion Section of the Sheepskin Trail on Sunday (Point Marion Community Park from 1-3PM)
