NOTICE FOR IN-PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS:
Over the next few months, BOPARC will be undergoing several systems upgrades that will allow our staff to streamline workflow and coordinate efforts to better serve our community. We'll be re-organizing our website as part of this effort, as well as upgrading our phone and technology systems. We are also looking forward to expanding our hours and our programmatic offerings at our Wiles Hill Community Center! As part of this overall effort, our in-person customer service function has shifted from the Marilla Center to the Wiles Hill Community Center (287 Eureka Drive, Morgantown). Please refer to the "know before you go" information at the bottom of this page and be patient with us while we make this necessary transition. PLAYGROUND RENOVATIONS:
BOPARC has recently upgraded Suncrest Mini Park, King Street, and the Wiles Hill Playground #2. Site amenities, such as benches, tables, and trash cans will be added to each site as weather allows.
PARK RESTROOMS:
Restrooms and fountains are seasonal. Opening begins the first week in April (weather permitting). Facilities close on October 31st.
PARK RESTROOMS, WATER FOUNTAINS & PORTABLE TOILETS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
IN-PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE - WILES HILL COMMUNITY CENTER:
If you wish to reserve a facility or pay for a registration in-person, please visit our customer service desk at
the Wiles Hill Community Center, 287 Eureka Drive, Morgantown, 26505.
The Center's customer service support staff can assist with your needs.
Current desk hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:30am & 12:30pm-4pm. Hours will be expanding soon.

REGARDING TREE REMOVALS IN CITY PARKS:
PLEASE BE AWARE: BOPARC does not evaluate or determine when trees will be removed from City Parks. Our crews may remove or assist in the removal of downed trees, but the assessment, tree-health determination and removal decisions are City level functions. The Urban Landscape department often consults with certified arborists and/or other tree experts when making these decisions. BOPARC is informed of removal when removal is ready to occur. If you have questions, complaints and/or comments regarding tree removals within parks, they should be directed to the City of Morgantown.
