An early morning opportunity to practice approachable meditation and breathing exercises for the purpose of improving your energy, clearing your mind, and relaxing your body in a welcoming atmosphere. Beginners welcome!

Line Dancing Social Group- FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP
If you enjoy dancing & know basic line dancing steps, join the group each week for exercise, socialization, and fun! This group does not have an instructor, participants share dances they know and love and learn from one another.
