WHITEMOORE PARK- RICHWOOD AVENUE  
Whitemoore Park is the oldest park in Morgantown.  The 8.6-acre park contains an urban footpath that connects to the Caperton/Decker's Creek Trail. Whitemoore Park has a basketball court, picnic area and swings. On-site parking is also available.

PAUL PRESERVE PARK- CORNER OF DARST AND MINERAL AVENUE
 Located in the Jerome Park Neighborhood, this 3-acre greenspace in the southeastern portion of Morgantown contains a basketball court, small picnic pavilion (rental fee not required), open greenspace, and a playground. On-site parking and seasonal portable restroom available. 

KING STREET PARK- KING STREET AND GRANDVIEW AVENUE
A little more than 1-acre, this open field space in the South Park area is a delight for spontaneous neighborhood recreational activities.  The park contains a picnic area, large open green space and a playground. No restrooms. On-street parking ONLY.   

SOUTH UNIVERSITY PARK/MOUNTAINEER HERITAGE PARK- DON KNOTTS BLVD
Located adjacent to the Caperton Trail this 3-acre greenspace is a a great place to take a break on your rail-trail walk or bike ride or to just enjoy some retreat time when you need to re-focus or just catch a breath of fresh air. Amenities include an off-trail, gentle paved walking path with multiple public art stops, benches, and picnic areas. Parking is available on-site, seasonal restrooms are available at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park.

SUNCREST "LAKE" MINI PARK – WOODLAND DRIVE  
A half-acre neighborhood park situated on a former lakebed, this park contains open greenspace, a picnic area and playground. Seasonal portable restroom is available. On-street parking only.

EATON PARK- CORNER OF PARK STREET AND MORRIS STREET
Small greenspace parcel in the 2nd Ward of Morgantown that has been a neighborhood gathering space for decades, leased by the City of Morgantown in 2020, this open greenspace is a nice destination spot on your neighborhood walk. No restrooms, on-street parking only.

WVU MEDICINE WATERFRONT WEB PARK- CAPERTON TRAIL, IN-FRONT OF THE MARRIOT HOTEL
This park pairs the revolutionary EVOS play structure, Ogo saucer swings, and fun musical chimes, with a multi-piece Fit Station circuit providing a perfect trail stop for adults and children. Additional amenities include picnic table, benches and the Signing Tree public art mural. Seasonal restrooms and parking available at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park.


WOODBURN PARK – OFF RICHWOOD AVENUE
Located in the Woodburn neighborhood, this park features age-appropriate playground structures for both 2–5 and 5–12 year old's, making it a family-friendly destination for all stages of play. A paved walking track , and an open greenspace, offering room to stroll or unwind. A picnic pavilion is available on a first-come, first-served basis. On-street parking is available; seasonal restroom on-site.

INDIAN PARK – OFF COLLINS FERRY ROAD
A quiet neighborhood greenspace, Indian Park offers a peaceful setting with open space for light recreation or relaxation. Bench seating in the park provides spots to sit and enjoy the surroundings. No restrooms; on-street parking only.​
