Flegal Reservoir: We’re excited to see growing interest in the new Flegal Reservoir! As a reminder, the park is still under construction, so please use caution while visiting.
April 25: The Splash Pad at Marilla Pool Complex is open from 8AM-8PM. This amenity is free until May 22nd. Season dates and operating times for the remainder of the summer will be shared soon.
May 11-14: The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) will be conducting a fish survey at Flegal Reservoir.
The survey is scheduled to take place on May 11, 13, or 14, depending on weather conditions.
May 12: The Customer Service Office located at Marilla Park (705 East Brockway Ave) will be closed.
May 13: Pre-K Play is cancelled.
August 31-September 11: The Wiles Hill Community Center will be closed for facility maintenance.

- Parking is currently limited—plan accordingly and avoid blocking access to ways or neighboring properties.
- Please be respectful of residents whose homes and properties border the park.
- Pack it in, pack it out—help keep the area clean by taking all trash with you.
- Hunting is strictly prohibited within reservoir boundaries.
- Fishing is permitted, so feel free to enjoy the water responsibly.
- Park is open from daylight to dark.
- Dogs must be leashed (City Code 505.1-B) and waste clean-up is required.
