CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations with 30 or more days’ notification will receive a refund less than 10%. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days of rental date will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds on cancellations made with 14 days or less notice. Refunds will be processed via check unless otherwise stated by BOPARC. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund

Recreation style room that includes a foosball table, flat screen tv, gas fireplace, multiple sofas, laundry room (washer/dryer) & ½ bath.
Main Floor (included in all rentals)
ADA accessible. Comfortable space that includes a large kitchen with gas range, breakfast nook (seating for 4), and an in-kitchen eight-person dining table. The living area features a double-sided gas fireplace, multiple-purpose bar height tables with 12 chairs, sofa and 65-inch flat screen tv. Living area can also be used as a conference room with seating for 12 (can comfortably accommodate up to 20ppl). Main floor provides an ADA restroom, a library/game area with sofa, flat screen tv, and misc. games. The library may be converted to an ADA accessible sleep area for overnight rentals as sofa converts to a queen size bed. An accessible shower is also available in the library area. ** Kitchen includes service for 16 (dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, coffee mugs, utensils, & drinking glasses. The kitchen also includes various cooking sheets, pots, and pans and various serving utensils. A dual brew coffee maker with single serve and 12 cup pot is included. **
