PRIVATE ICE RENTAL FEES:
Non-Competitive/Community Rentals: $225 per hour
Competitive: $350 per hour
Please note that if you plan to bring outside food or beverages, you must purchase a party room with a room-only option that overlaps with your rental time. The warming room may not be used for food service, parties, or group gatherings.
PARTY ROOM RENTALS:
New for 2025!! The ice arena offers two BRAND NEW, dedicated party rooms for your special event, birthday party, or team-building activity. Party rooms can be rented during public sessions or as an add on to your private ice rental. Party rooms accommodate up to 35 guests. Each room includes five 8ft tables, 35 chairs, and a 50inch smart TV. Party rooms may be reserved by calling 304-296-8356.
Any additional skaters not included in your original reservation who arrive on the day of the event will be required to pay standard admission and skate rental fees.

Freestyle, Open Coaching, & Learn to Skate Practice Time
TOTSICLES:
Totsicles provides a 45-minute self-paced orientation to movement on ice for preschoolers with a supervising adult. Whether it’s playing in the large pile of snow, shooting a hockey puck into the net, riding around on a sled or testing out the ice for the first time, Totsicles is the perfect introduction to ice skating and ice play for young children. Helmets are required! Participants may wear shoes or skates onto the ice. Totsicles is designed for children ages 5 and under. To maintain a safe environment, school-aged children are not permitted to participate. A parent/guardian 18 years of age or older must remain on the ice with children at all times. Due to safety, parents are not permitted to "baby-wear" on the ice. Strollers are permitted. WEATHER POLICY: If Monongalia County Schools are on a two-hour delay or closed, Totsicles is cancelled.

- Coaches must be USFSA certified and insured.
- Coaches must sign a professional use agreement & Code of Conduct (2026/2027 season requirement). Not in place for this season.
- Coaches must provide a copy of required documents AND be approved by BOPARC before on-ice coaching is permitted. Coaches currently providing service for the 2025/2026 are permitted to continue.

- MUSIC CONNECTION VIA A BOPARC PROVIDED BLUETOOTH SPEAKER WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20TH. A WHITE BOARD WITH SIGN-UP TIME WILL ALSO BE IMPLEMENTED. A BELT FOR SKATERS USING FULL ICE TO PRACTICE ROUTINES WILL BE PROVIDED AS A VISUAL MARKER FOR OTHER USERS. OTHER USERS SHOULD YIELD TO THIS PARTICIPANT.
- VIDEOING OF YOURSELF, YOUR OWN CHILD, OR YOUR STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED. BOPARC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO STOP VIDEOING OR TO RESTRICT VIDEOING AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
- LENGTH OF LESSON IS AT THE DESCRETION OF THE COACH.
- COACHING RATIO DURING REGULAR FREESTYLE IS 2:1/1:1. OPEN COACHING IS 6:1 OR LESS.
