- August 6: Marilla Park upgrades are continuing! Beginning Wednesday, August 6, the pavilion area and small playground will be closed to allow for demolition of the existing pavilion and construction of a new one. Work will also include parking improvements, an expanded entrance, and a new restroom facility. The closure is expected to remain in place until early 2027. We appreciate the community's patience as these improvements take shape.
- August 12: Please be advised that the Krepps Playground and the area in front of Krepps Pool will be closed to the public August 17-18 for paving work on the park's access road. We appreciate your patience and understanding while work is completed. Please plan accordingly and avoid the closed areas during this time.
- August 13: The Splash Pad will be open daily August 17–October 18 from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with FREE admission. Hours are weather permitting.
- August 31-September 11: The Wiles Hill Community Center will be closed for facility maintenance.
