Classes are tailored for adults 55 and over but are open to adults of all ages!
Yoga for Seniors- $5.35 per class

Ballet Basics- $5.35 per class

Tai Chi- $5:35 per class

10-11am- Intermediate Class
Line Dancing - FREE WITH MEMBERSHIP
If you enjoy dancing, join the group each week for exercise, socializing, and fun! We teach mostly beginner line dances ranging from very easy to somewhat more challenging and use music from a variety of genres.
