The Wiles Hill Community Art Studio, Studio 287, is a great place to relax and create! BOPARC Manager of Arts & Wellness, Debora Palmer, oversees all aspects of the Studio as well as Gallery 287. The Studio is open to all and no preference experience is necessary. Stop in, relax, create, and socialize in a fun atmosphere!

Studio Memberships & Weekly Classes
-Studio Memberships- NEW!!
Open-studio memberships are now available! ONLY $45 per month. Studio membership eliminates daily class fees and allows free access to the studio any time during regular hours, as long as the space is available, and use of materials/tools in our general area (list to be provided).
Open Studio Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-Noon; Tuesdays, 6-8pm; Wednesdays 6-8pm.
Special Workshops and Visiting Artists Series require additional fees and are not included in membership. Clay may be purchased by the pound at the posted studio rate.

Drop-in classes, no registration required. Participate in one of our ongoing projects or let us help you facilitate one of your own.

Fees: $11 per person/per day- includes instruction & studio time. Additional, one-time material fee, per project, below.

Clay for Kids
Join us at Studio 287 for Saturday morning kids arts classes! Classes are open to participants of all skill levels (no experience necessary).
Clay for kids is taught by everyone's favorite summer camp counselor, Liz Gray. Miss Liz will lead help participants experience many aspects of clay making including- use the pottery wheel, hand-building, and sculpture. Participants will learn pinch, coiling and slab techniques.
Day/Time: Saturdays, 10am-Noon
