An early morning opportunity to practice approachable meditation and breathing exercises for the purpose of improving your energy, clearing your mind, and relaxing your body in a welcoming atmosphere. Beginners welcome!
Instructor: Gabrielle
Time: Tuesdays, 8:30am-9:45am
Location: Wiles Hill Community Center- Movement Studio (287 Eureka Dr. Morgantown)
Fee: $6 per class, Drop-In ONLY
A Morgantown native, Gabrielle started practicing yoga in 2008 and achieved her 200hour YTT at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Seminarhaus in Reith bei Kitzbuhel, Austria in 2016. Her offerings are therapeutic and designed to help your body tap back into its innate ability to heal.
