Board of CommissionersThe Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners is comprised of seven members appointment by Morgantown City Council. Each member is appointed for a six year term. The Board meets every 4th Thursday of each month in the conference room of the Public Safety Building on Spruce Street. Meetings begin at 5:30 PM and are open to the public.
